Outstanding Stay with Exceptional Service I recently stayed at NH Collection Colón for a week of business and leisure, a wonderful escape from my home country, and I am thrilled to share that my experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff ensured that every aspect of my stay was perfect. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff was both welcoming and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised by my room—it was impeccably clean and spacious, let alone the great location, easy access to all attractions, great food and luxury shopping. Throughout my stay, every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, from providing recommendations for local attractions to quickly addressing any requests I had. I would like to especially thank Cristhian at the concierge. From day one, he attended to all my requests and ensured my experience in Spain was both in-depth and authentic. His responsiveness and attention to detail exemplify top-notch customer service. With his assistance and hospitality, I enjoyed Spain even more. Overall, NH Collection Colón exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. I look forward to returning on my next visit to Madrid.

there were three of us. we were given a two-room suite. spacious. everything needed was in the room. The location is perfect in my opinion. respectable area. there are many restaurants around. been in Amazonika and Captain. next stop city bus tour if you are the first time. near metro. walk 10 minutes gran via and all attractions. Behind the hotel is a street with all possible shops. all in all very convenient. breakfasts are good. The staff are responsive. help. on the side of the hotel, on the corner, a lovely little restaurant with good food

Overall, the experience was positive. The room was not very large but well-equipped, renovated, and had everything we needed. The interior view of the courtyard was not the best choice. The highlight was the staff; their service was excellent, from the arrival to the breakfast team. It's been a while since I've encountered such friendly and attentive staff. The location was perfect for us—very central, well-connected, and close to many restaurants and places to go out for a drink.

Breakfast was very good- had food for vegetarians, vegan and meat lovers The swimming pool was small and nice to refresh oneself during the Madrid heat. The next level room from superior, for € 15 per night had much more space than the basic - SUPERIOR room, 2 chairs, a nice shower a desk. The room was looking at the Patio and was in the shade most of the day. Staff were very nice and responsive.

Great location, close to shops, restaurants and places of interest. The metro was also close by, to access the rest of Madrid easily. The hotels facilities were excellent, breakfast was amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was well looked after, and always cleaned and tidied, with great care. Extra touches by the hotel to greet us and wish us a safe journey also made for a perfect stay.
