From the moment I arrived, the staff ensured that every aspect of my stay was perfect. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff was both welcoming and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised by my room—it was impeccably clean and spacious, let alone the great location, easy access to all attractions, great food and luxury shopping. Throughout my stay, every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, from providing recommendations for local attractions to quickly addressing any requests I had. I would like to especially thank Cristhian at the concierge. From day one, he attended to all my requests and ensured my experience in Spain was both in-depth and authentic. His responsiveness and attention to detail exemplify top-notch customer service. With his assistance and hospitality, I enjoyed Spain even more. Overall, NH Collection Colón exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. The location is perfect in my opinion. respectable area. there are many restaurants around. been in Amazonika and Captain. next stop city bus tour if you are the first time. near metro. walk 10 minutes gran via and all attractions. Behind the hotel is a street with all possible shops. all in all very convenient. breakfasts are good. The staff are responsive. help. on the side of the hotel, on the corner, a lovely little restaurant with good food

The highlight was the staff; their service was excellent, from the arrival to the breakfast team. It's been a while since I've encountered such friendly and attentive staff. The location was perfect for us—very central, well-connected, and close to many restaurants and places to go out for a drink.

The service was excellent- they really accommodated our family in many ways from the handicapped shower for my mom who could not walk to the double bed for my kids. Turn down service was a nice surprise. Very clean and they ordered a taxi for us to go to the airport. Really enjoyed our stay
